Members
As of August 2009, the IOC has 76 active members (45 female, 39 male); about half of them are Japanese, half from all countries over the world. Members ages, backgrounds, jobs, interests and fitness levels range wide - this outdoor group is really for almost anyone with interest in outdoor activities.
As a member, you're welcome and encouraged to browse through our member database, find members who share your interests and expand your personal network.

Member Profile
Your Member Profile contains your contact information, such as email and postal addresses, along with your website username and password. If you would like to add, remove or change any of that information, you can do on controlpanel after login.
Category mail
The IOC holds many different kinds of events throughout the year. You can select what event categories (e.g. hiking, cycling etc.) you want to receive email notification, you can do on controlpanel after login.
Equipment, books and maps
The IOC owns a number of tents, snowshoes and further equipment which can be used by members for free. Also, information about hiking (books, hiking maps) can be borrowed from the IOC. A list of hiking maps currently owned by the IOC can be found here:
