It will take 30Km 3Hours(except rest). We will start Nankou Naka Station
ferry terminal at 9:00. Several IOC cycling member will set up bike there.
If you live in Osaka city, you can ride from your home.

Relaxing weekend in Haibara organic farmer May 13-14th
One or Two stars.Come relax in the countryside! We'll be staying in small village temple in Nara prefecture as guests of Bruce Cambron, who lives in the temple and is an organic
farmer.
Bruce will prepare some amazing vegetarian food for us for Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. Here's the menu he has in mind:
A dinner of pesto potatoes, garden salad, hearty lentil soup with cornbread or millet. Chocolate cake or shortbread for dessert. Coffee and teas, fresh juice and organic rye toast, nut butters and jams for breakfast. All organic. All delicious. As much as everyone wants.
Things to do will include hiking, cycling, stargazing (weather permitting!), yoga on Sunday morning, a trip to a beautiful clean mountain river for swimming or just general taking it easy, with lunch in a local noodle shop, and visits to the local hot spring, 15 minutes from the temple.
The cost will be 5000 yen for the food and lodging. Futons are available.
There are 2 or 3 spare bikes and helmets to use, first come first served.

Ponpon-Yama whisky hike May 14th
Let’s have a nice long day hike to Ponpon-Yama (for those who missed Kei’s event last month). We will start from Hankyu Minase station early in the morning (meeting at 8am), go up to Ponponyama through the nice bamboo forest (4 hours), have lunch and come back (3 hours) toward the Suntory whisky factory to rest a little bit, enjoying some tasting! If some people want to visit the factory, we have to be back before 3pm.From there, you can come back from by JR line or Hankyu line (Oyamazaki station).

Nagano mountain bike adventure May 27-28th
Two Stars,Let's go explore the trails of Nagano on a guided mountain bike tour. Our guide is an ex-pro Canadian racer who knows the area inside out and will show us the best of it. Rental bikes and helmets are available (+3000 yen), or you can bring your own.
If we are of mixed riding ability we can split into two groups (with 2 guides)Saturday morning; one easy, one more advanced, then in the afternoon we'll all ride together.
We'll stay in the area overnight, either camping or in a hostel/inn.
There is a hot spring close by.
On Sunday we have some choices. We can do another guided ride, or if we have our own bikes we can explore by ourselves, or those without bikes can go hiking, whatever.
The cost for the bike tour is 6,500 yen per person (at least 7 people). We'll probably go by rental van, then there's accommodation and food on top. I guess it'll cost 15-20,000 yen for the weekend,
maybe a little more if you rent a bike. If we choose another guided tour on Sunday, of course that'll cost more too.
The limit for this event is 8 people.

Kobe hike and BBQ, Saturday May 27th
Hi,Why don't we have a Saturday afternoon hike and a BBQ party after that? We will meet at the Kobe subway Shin Kobe station exit at 13:30. Head for Shinrin-shokubutsuen (arboretum), then have a BBQ party at my house. The walking time is about 3 hours and the route is not so difficult.
Have lunch before the hike. Bring rain gear incase.
You don't need to bring any thing for the BBQ. Just pay 2000 yen.
The limit of this event is 10 people.
