Myoukou san and Hiuchi-yama 3* Sep 22nd ->25th

Myoukou san and Hiuchi-yama 3*
Sept 22nd ->25th  (23rd is a national holiday)!
I'm planning to go hiking and camping to Myoukou san (2454m) and Hiuchi-yama
(2462m), in Chubu (north of Nagano town). The hike is not so difficult,
takes only 2 days (23rd and 24th) and covers a distance of about 21km.
Although I plan to camp, there are huts on the mountain where it will be
possible for anyone who doesn't want to camp, to stay. Apparently the hike
is pretty and not too crowded. Both these mountains are also 'Hyakumeizan'
peaks if anyone is counting!

Anyone interested in joining me, please let me know as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Night view hike and party, Sep 23rd

Hi,

As you may know Maya-san has a great night view. It's called "10 million dollars night view." If you have not seen it, why don't you check if it's worth?

I plan to have a hike and an outdoor dinner party on the top of the mountain. We meet at Hankyu Oji-Koen station at 16:00. It takes about 2 hours to the top so we start the party around 18:00. After the party we catch a cable car to come down. The last cable car leaves at 19:50.

Bring: food and drinks (beer, wine, soft drink, etc) to share (the more you eat or drink, the more you bring), a cup, a dish, chopsticks, a flashlight, warm clothes (it might be chilly on the top)

If you would like to join, please contact me.

Yoshimi

Ultimate frisbee Saturday Sep 24th

Meet Saturday Sept 24 at 2pm at Jyusou station (hankyu line, one stop from Umeda).
We'll play on the field along the river.
Expect the game to last 2-3 hours. No previous experience is needed and we'll
practice throwing the frisbee before playing.
Bring a frisbee if you have one. The game involves a lot of running so
dress accordingly and bring water. If we're lucky, Yoshimi will bring
some frozen pineapple...
