February, 13th | Saturday | IOC Meetings
This is a reminder about the IOC general meeting on Saturday, February 13th at the usual place (the old school in Umeda).
Three requests:
(1) Does anyone have some photos from the Christmas party last year? If so, can you please contact Dominikus. Thanks.
(2) It would be great if someone could prepare a small presentation about some nice outdoor stuff she/he did (ideally with the IOC, but also other ideas are good) and which could be of interest for other members? Please contact Junko and Dominikus for that.
(3) The February meeting will be a preparatory meeting for this year's committee elections (the elections will take place at the Gallery Night in March). We ask you to participate in the February meeting to make suggestions for committee candidates or, even better, volunteer to help running the club from April on. It is great fun and a very good experience, believe us.

Hi all,
First of all, to avoid any misunderstanding: there is no club meeting in January, since we had the New Year's hike to Maya-san.
The next monthly meeting will take place on February 13th (Saturday), as usual at the old school in Umeda (see below for directions), room #B.
For the meeting, we are still working on the program. It would be great to have a session about winter mountaineering (basic details about how to avoid/handle avalanches, for example). But any kind of suggestion and volunteering is welcome. You have seen during the last meetings that these presentations made the meetings more interesting and useful. So please help us with that.
The meeting starts at 6pm for newcomers and at 6:30pm for all members, respectively.
Hope to see many of you!
