Cancellation Policy
1. Do respect the event leader and apply to an event only if you are sure you will be able to participate. To cancel the last minute often means lots of trouble for the leader.
2. In the case of events where cost is involved (rent a car, flight…), the leader has the right to ask for the money he (she) advanced.
3. For special events with a cost (such as Momoi or the Christmas party), any member who cancel his/her participation in an event after the signup deadline is still responsible for paying the activity fee to the club if the club had already paid that fee as the member's proxy. In the case of non-members wanting to attend special events with a cost, we will require them to pay their participation fee BEFORE the signup deadline (via our postal account or to a committee member).
Monthly meeting
Want to join the next meeting, hear about the club, meet some of the members, talk about the cool events and generally have a great time ?
